but that's 255whp though, right?? not at the crank....or else that's some bad tune for a 5-spd at 6psi....really bad....

ok i dont know where the 255 came from, but it's close to 251, but if this is bad, then what should it be? everybody i've talked to tells me this is a good number. I was expecting more, this is true, but others with similar set up have similar numbers, what am I missing here?

I think if you got JPP headers and y-pipe you'll get alot more out of it.

I agree, if I had the money I would too but that's not what I'm asking for. What I need to know is if my current set up is giving me the right #s, anyone?

get the real numbers for the guy first, and then we'll know for sure.

with a 6lbs pulley and a 5speed with tuning, you should be putting down about 250-260WHP, not at the crank.

If you're putting down 250bhp, then there's still something really really wrong.....250 bhp is what a stock solara/camry with a 4psi pulley will put down, which translates to about 200whp for an auto and 220 for a 5speed.

I'm pretty sure that those numbers are for whp...but find out for sure though.

ok i gues syou were right, after waiting for about 2 weeks for them to email me the sheet, and getting no replies I went to the shop today and had them print it out. Apparently they were having some comp/printer problems but finally I got it. Dan the owner was telling me that these results are for whp. So it turns out it was 252 whp and 230 torque.

And in case you can't see the the fine print

I've learned alot about dyno's in the past 5 years. You can damn near get any number you want depending on the setup. The truth comes out on the street or track.

I plan on taking it to Church's? The same place where SleeperSolara went in Long Beach. I'll talk to you more tomorrow at the meet.

Astro, where is Church's in Long Beach? I looked it up, but didn't find anything. Do they work with Split Second parts?

I think the other shop I was going to use flaked out on me because they won't return my call to set up an appointment.

Talk to Ben (sleepersolara), he's the one I'm asking. I'm waiting until I get my bored TB before I go and dyno. If you can wait a couple more weeks we can go together, maybe along with Milt.
