12 total. Dont take it off unless you know what your doing. Last time I took mine off I snap broke a line and spent a week troubleshooting.

Two in the back, two in the front manifold, and one on each side of the manifold. Two on the EGR Tube, 4 on the Throttle, And a crap load of Hoses.

In 1 month I would of had my SC for a good one year. So in 11 months Ive taken my SC off about OOooo a good 20ish times? Im so use to it that by now I can take it off in 10-14 minutes by heart safely :(
Why I did it so much? Blown Knock a few times, injectors a few times, bad plugs a few times, SC mantainance a few time.. WEEE

Good luck.

Added- Yes I do the seals every time I take it off thanks very much :)
