Whats the right A/F for S/C

Im about to tune my car and do a few more tweeking to max out what I can do on stock internal. My question is on my last dyno on 4psi, I notice my AF cruve was like weird and all. Whats the correct way its suppose to be tuned? Anyone got theirs to post up so I can see how its suppose to do across the band?

Is it suppose to stay flat on that red line all the way? Or was it suppose to be rich then lean once boost hits in all the way? Someone do me a quick run down specificly for our cars.

Dat...I got a pm from JoeB a long time ago about the optimum AF ratio you should have on stock internals. In his pm, he told me 12.5:1, which is what I currently have on my car, and it seemed to have worked based on the numbers I got. However, I believe that it was discussed somewhere on this forum that 12:1 would be a little safer than 12.5:1.

As a warning though, I was told by the guy who dynoed my car to be careful how many runs you do in a single tuning session. Dynoing isn't the greatest thing for a car, so just be cautious as to how much you tweek your car. You don't want to keep pushing the car for just a few more hp. Get the highest number you can with the AF ratio you choose and have them do it one more time to verify it and leave it at that.

As for your dyno tune, the line should have a constant steady rise until red-line. If you notice on mine, it continues to go up, with the exception of that little dip at around 3500RPM, which is what I want to fix on my next tune. Hope that helps a little bit.

Hmm. How come some cars when on the dyno I see their A/F chart sits on that red line only. Like its like perfect across with small up and down only. Sorry I dont know much about A/F stuff and the 12.1 thing :( .. All I know was I see this turbo supra doing like 665 whp and on his A/F chart the cruve wasnt like mine. It was like smooth across.

I can't really elaborate on why your dyno sheet seems to be level all the way across. I'm not really sure. As for the A/F ratio, I still don't really understand it all that well. Hopefully somebody else will chime in here eventually.
