Hey guys,

Finally getting my supercharger installed at the dealer!!!!! Tomorrow is going to be day two because we hit a slight bump in the road. In regards to the idler plate assembly, I had everything except for a few washers and some nylock nuts. Spent the whole day going to specialty stores looking for the right sizes and I got them.

Now for the hard part......What I have Left for the Idler Plate:

2- Bolt Allen Head - 10mm x 1.25mm x 30mm
1- Bolt, Counter Sunk - 10mm x 1.25mm x 100mm
1- Spacer, Alternator Pivot Bolt...........Possible washers instead???
1- Bracket, Drive Plate........going to be fabricated....for a price
1- Bolt, Counter Sunk - 8mm x 1.25mm x 20mm
1- Bolt, Counter Sunk - 60mm long (end to end) of 55mm to head
1- Bolt, Hex Head - 10mm x 1.25mm x 100mm
1- Bolt, Hex Head - 60mm long
HARDEST PART: 3 collars (spacers): kind of like really thick washers that go onto the end of the bolt going through the idler pulley's
ALTERNATE TO COLLARS: Washers (36: 12 per piece) but get this: 9MM THICK!!! AND 17MM INSIDE DIAMETER!!!!.......yeah

Thats everything...yeah its alot...but it's doable. Didn't know I would be in this predicament because I THOUGHT the Idler installation kit I bought from toyota would have everything....guess not....so I'm dealing with it now.

Now my question to you guys?? CAN ANYONE HELP ME KNOCK THIS LIST DOWN!!!. McMaster.com is a good place for these pieces but I need some help (coverting to mm from inches, thread length of bolts, grade of material ect.)

QUICK QUESTION FOR THE SUPERCHARGED PROS???

Can I use shoulder bolts to replace the counter sunk ones?? (cause those are on the site)

In regards to supplementing the collars of spacers used with the pulley, does anyone know where in the hell I can get some washers that thin and wide enough to fit around the bolt?????

sorry guys for posting such a long one, but I would rather be thurough and make this problem a few days instead of a few weeks ya know??........As of right now he is kind enough not to charge for storage in the toyota garage......but that may only last so long!!! As always any help is greatly appreciated fellas. I wanna order these pieces by tomorrow afternoon If I could to get the process back up and running.

**Supercharger looks so sexy in the engine bay all hooked up, just waiting for the wheels to turn**

Thanks,

Travis (stund41)

If only we knew where my totalled car went. It was a wealth of mangled parts.
