i wanted to know if there is any way you can have the fog lights on, without turning the headlights?

I was thinking the same thing because with my old ride (MAZDA MX-3 '95) I installed aftermarket fog lights and was able to turn them off and on with a switch. I think we're out of luck on this one.

i would think u could tap in 2 the hot wire 2 em. maybe im wrong?

I'm sure something like that could be done, however my main concern is the warranty. I'm sure Toyota would give you hassle about it... I'm leaving this one alone.

You can rewire the lights so they are independent of the headlights. Tap into the ignition wire so you only have power when the car is running.
Moved on to better things...
