Looking for 12v hot with door open

Anyone know which wires at the kickpanel are hot when the door is open? Also, if you know which are hot when the motor is running, and all the time hot? Any alternatives to the kick panel for wiring accessories like radar detectors and interior lights?

Thx

Hot when open? Not that I could find. There is however a ground when the door is open. Scroll down to step three here. If you connect a constant 12 volt (heat seater fuse, cig lighter fuse...) to one side of your accessory, then splice the ground into the red wire with white stripe, you'll be in business. PM me if you have any questions.

<<< EDIT - just noticed you have a 2004, these instructions are for a 1st gen and i dunno how much toyota changed the wiring. Get in there with a test light and poke around for a wire that behaves how you want it to, thats how I found the ground in the first place. >>>
