A lot of others have checked the spare tire and the jack, and found something loose.

I have already had that tightened and still hear it in the right rear. It almost sounds like the hat, like on top of ground control coilovers, jumping up and down as the suspension is compressed over bumps. I'm taking mine back to Toyota to thourougly check the suspension components. It sounds like it's in the rear wheel well area, but can hear it on the inside of the car. It's annoying, but very inconsistent. The sound seems to come about when the temperature drops, liek morning and night time.

Mine does the same. I found a post on here and it sounds like it's actually the rear deck squeaking/rattling against the window. I checked everything in the trunk, and the rear deck really sounds like the problem.

If that's the case, the dealership should cover it under the warranty. I've got a few problems with mine that I'm going to get fixed soon.
