The 2004 Solara received 5 stars for the side crash test (front and rear) from the NHTSA. Previously, the car was awarded 5 stars for the frontal crash test (driver and passenger).

Yep, for being a sporty two door, it sure does have a lot of safety features.

Geez, a car that is reliable, reasonably, stylish, sporty, and SAFE! Can't beat that! This car makes me proud the longer I own it.
