I found a place (Apsis) that will laminate real wood on the fake wood trim pieces. They need the pieces sent in and say they can cover them with a 6 week turnaround. I figured I would buy the pieces from a dealer so I do not have to go for a month and half without my dash vents etc. The dealer quoted me for the two dash pieces, but wanted to sell me the entire door side trim for 640 a side! Claims they do not have the "wood" trim piece for sale seperately. Anyone know how to get these things off the door without wrecking the car?
