Pulling left problem with regular SE owners?

Pulling left problem with regular SE owners?

Postby Guest » Tue Dec 16, 2003 9:48 pm

I own a regular SE model of the 2004 solara, and I am not sure if I have any problems with the car pulling to one side.

I did some experimenting on the road tonight, basically just by driving without holding the steering wheel. My car pulls to the right just as often as it pulls to the left, but the pull was usually very very slight, i wont drift out of my lane until after going for like 250 yards. Sometimes I go almost completely straight, and wont start drifting to one side until I run over a rock or something.

When I drive on the very right lane of the street, I usually have to hold the steering wheel like 2 degrees to the left to go straight. I think that is because the road slopes to the right, but I am not sure.

Does any other SE owners have this problem with drifting to one side?

I'll take that as a yes?

I am just kinda confused about whether or not my car has this problem... because if anything it seems to have a slight tendency to go to the right, which is opposite of all the other complaints.

Guest,
What you described sounds absolutely perfect. Don't even worry for a second. Enjoy it.
