Rim size?

Rim size?

Postby Blazed04 » Sun Nov 23, 2003 8:47 pm

What does everything think would be the widest rim that we could fit on our cars? If i stick my fingers between my rear wheel and the strut i can barely fit my pinky finger in there. And the stock wheels are how wide? I was just wondering what everyone thinks could be the widest wheel that could fit on the 04. Im definitely going 19s b/c our wheel wells are WAY too big and i dont plan on dropping the car, but i just want to figure out how wide to go...

You can probably get pretty wide. If you don't have much space between your strut and your wheel, then try a different offset.

With the 19''s, won't there still be a gap between the wheel well and the tire?

I would ask Tirerack or Discount Tire what would work, they could better give you the wheel offsets and diameters that would clear.
