There's a list of manuals in this section. I can't see the pdf's at work but try this one. http://cns-design.ru/files/solara/pdf/2AZ-FE%20Engine%20Mechanical.pdf

well when i bought the car with 45k it wouldn't pass MD inspection so i paid the guy off, im now at 70k and the belt began to crack badly and started frying and squealed like a dyeing pig on start ups , and i travel to wvu a lot and didn't need the belt to snap. it was a pain in the ass to replace took about 30 mins and need another set of hands to compress the tensioner, but all is good

To me the belt doesn't look too bad. On a scale from 1-10 how hard was it to change? And did you use a OEM replacement?

no i did not use a toyota belt i used an oem replacement Dayco is the name. its about an 8 of 10 . you do need two sets of hands. one to compress the other to align the belt. the good thing is u dont have to remove anything at all. you compress the tensionor and slide the belt off. the hard part is getting it to go back on and in the right travel pattern. the key is to align all the grooved pulleys first then compress again and slide the belt onto the smooth pulleys and then ur done, let the car run for 5 min and recheck that the belt is seated.
My belt needed to be replaced at 40k and i had the car looked at again at 70 and the shop told me to replace it plus it was squealing really bad on ideal and while driving. whats $30 better then paying for a timing belt change. which im so glad we dont have to do on our cars
