i've got very poor gas mileage on my 2005 v6 - city 17mpg (very light foot and not heavy traffic) and highway (max 75 mph) 27mpg - so i started searching solution. First thing is cleaning egr valve - but yeah - where is egr valve in 3mzfe ?? Could You help me ?? Where on this picture shoud i search egr ?

i've tried to drive without air filter to check mpg but it was worse :)
Any other solutions ?

The 3MZ doesn't have egr. I would try cleaning your TB, MAF, etc. I definitely wouldn't drive w/o your air filter anymore, it's there for a reason.
