What happened was something broke off inside the door so yada yada yada to make the long story short, i went to the stealership to have it checked and as usual they wna charge me $300+ and said its not covered by my ext warranty, man i was pissed so i fixed it myself. If you guys got the same problem, heres the picture if it would help.

Did you actualy crack the glass? If you didn't all that part is a bolt with a felt cup around it to act as a bump stop for the window. I've had my passenger side one come loose a few times, and i jsut tightened it back up. If you still have a perfectly good hole in your glass, talk to reggie about getting the replacement part if the dealership is trying to charge too much.
