TSB covered under extended warranty?

TSB covered under extended warranty?

Postby sgunitkc » Fri Feb 16, 2007 12:33 pm

I was just about to take my car in for one of the TSB services (clunk when turning steering wheel) and was wondering if it would be covered under extended warranty. When I bought my car, I bought the Platinum Extended Warranty Service. My car's at 47k miles...definitely over the standard 36k warranty. Thanks guys in advance.

*edit*
so i stopped by my local dealer and they told me the sound is from the brakes "shifting". They said that this is normal. Anybody hear any clunk/knocking noises when turning the steering wheel/braking especially when parking? My car has never done this and they said it is normal in the camry/solaras. All I can say is that the sound is loud enough not to be normal. Any advice?
