wierd noise from the steering wheel

for the last week whenever i turn on my car and i drive and turn the steering wheel it makes a wierd sound like rubing rubber

...the dealer had to lubricate the steering shaft twice under warranty.

I get the same noise on my 04 and my friend she has the same noise on her 05. I did not know that the dealer had to lubricated. My warranty expired already.
