Is there a chance that Toyota will replace the 3.3 with the 3.5 in the 2008 Solara due out this summer?

Actually, I had the chance to meet the VP from Toyota USA in Torrance (Thanks to my dad) and according to him... "We have something up our sleeves for the next gen solara".

In fact it maybe is

Toyota cars generation have generally 5 years life time.
Model years 2004-2005-2006-2007-2008
Calendar year 2003-2004-2005-2006-2007
So around May 2007 we should see the last model for Gen 2 (2.5)

But Toyota Japan never officially said that the Solara will be discontinued...from what I know. If I'm wrong show me the opposite.

I see easily a Camry coupe

Something like...

I also seem to recall hearing the Solara moniker as having a finite life.
