Tranny issue... Hard shift from 1st-2nd

Anyone ever experience this issue? When I shift from 1st to 2nd gear in Sport mode, the car will sometimes hesitate and then just pop into gear. It isn't smooth at all and it feels exactly as you would if you shifted from 2nd to 1st too early and it just pops in (hard shift). I wouldn't be surprised if I am the only one with this problem since I usually experience unique issues.

ecm reflash? look for the tsb

Thanks, but I already had my ECU reflashed. I am wondering if it is something with the ecu or is it a hardware issue with the transmission itself (solenoid?).
