I'm not sure what you mean by "headlight pigtail". If you need an H11 bulb socket and wire leads you can buy a pair of these Hoen H11 sockets and connectors. Cut off the connector end and then wire in the socket end that you need.

Höen connectors must be purchased with their Titanium or Plus bulbs at the same time of order placement. They do not currently sell connectors on their own, but it sure beats spending $1500.

Hoen bulbs are among the very best aftermarket bulbs available (I've used them for several years now).

This socket will fit any and all H11 bulbs. The bulbs do not come with the socket, but Hoen will not sell the socket (connector) unless you buy a pair of bulbs with it .

Just order:
H11 Hoen 55W xenonmatch bulb pair: $ 29.00 USD
and
H11 heavy duty connector system (must be ordered with Hoen bulbs): $ 19.00 USD

Of course you could always pay Toyota $1500 for the part instead of $48 for this fix if you like. :o
