It is..But the 04 and up have the cooler new ones. The 2000 I have is the small ugly ones.

No. 04 covers are bigger and covers the whole engine. Earlier models only cover the wires and tube. I have mine painted and all but I dont like the size so wanted the bigger one. Ill buy it from anyone (at reasonable price)
