First you can go to lemonauto.com and see if you even apply. You can speak with an attorny free of chrage. Usually, you just speak to a receptionist for a battery of questions to see if you even apply for a case. You may ask, how do I know? Well, I've tried it with the car below. My car was too old for me to even apply. Obviously our Solara's aren't too old to apply to any lemon law of an jurisidiction. If you haven't taken your car into the shop at least three times for the same problem, then forget it. Also, the problem must affect the saftey or the practicality of driving the car like engine, transmission, doors popping open while driving, etc. The lemon law will not apply to farting sunroofs, rattling noises(which are not a saftey issue), egg smell from the exhaust, etc.

there was a guy here named bigpow he bought his 04 solara last september, he did alot of investigation into the lemon laws he dosent post here anymore. Im assuming he got rid of his solara, but you should look up his name in a search and read his posts on the lemon laws they were quite extensive.
