damn rear-view mirrors

hey folks, I dont know about u but everytime when it comes to making a left turn I clinch the steering wheel hoping that one of my rear-views dont get taken out like a hot knife thru butter. Why is that a car like this doesn't have damn folding mirrors? I friend's Kia Sorento even has it, I think it should be a n automotive standard, folding rear views. Oh yeah, anyone know how much it'll cost to get a folding conversion?

Get the automatic ones that fold when you turn off the car. Not for sure how much, because I haven't gave it much thought. However I am working on some other sideview mirrors for my car. This is going to be one long project, I've had some bad luck with it and prefer not to talk about it at the current time. However, once I fix it, I'll definitely post some pics.

yeah, I had to admit it as well, I hate the side mirrors. The only concern I have about changing the mirror is that they are colored to that of the body so it might look ackward if I change it to something else. Definately keep us posted when you change your mirror michael.
