It's well known that Nissan doesn't really detune their engines. Your Altima has 255hp, just like the Max. The G35 sedan, coupe, and 350Z all dyno the same numbers in stock form. The sedan, which is the lowest rated at 260hp, actually dyno'd the most when all cars had simple bolt-on mods.

i get a thump in the right rear every so often....


for those of you with the right rear thumping noise, would you please post your rear tire psi for me...

i am doing some experimenting with tire pressures and want to know what tire pressure those that have the right rear thump so i can make some comparisons....

35 psi. Still haven't gone to Toyota. Will make an appointment this week to have the strut replaced along with the mount.
