i had the same exact issue with my gen 5 camry sometime after i installed the TRD rsb...it was also the same condition, one of the sway bar link bolts had come a tand loose and the link was knocking around

glad you fixed the issue! suspension noises are dreadful
trust me, youd know if the strut mounts were bad...theyre hella noisey and mad annoying
