Thought an update wouldn't hurt:

So, I decided to go with transmission flush. The 'soft' kind, the one that basically lets the transmission pump to do all the job, not the 'power purge'. And, I would say I'm surprized, since it did help a lot. Now I experience rough shifting only once every other day or so, and it's not as bad as it used to be. But the transmission is definitely in trouble, I wonder what could possibly kill it that fast?
