I don't think that leases should be included, since the terms are negotiating the value of the vehicle at the end of the lease. But I'll just exclude them from the chart I'm making.

Guys don't complain plz....here in Quebec, Canada it's a combined 15.025% (provincial and federal taxes on produtcs). Yeah we are the greater taxed people in all north america !! I find it irratating !! And we are well taxed on our income....a giantic clean up must be done in the government...it's too socialist !!
