It's suppose to be here: http://www.alldata.com/tsb/Toyota/11405 ... 6/261.html

I hear it in the right rear, sometimes centerish, not sure but if sounds like something is rolling around clanking stuff, sort of like wood hitting metal thump sound

Well, read the TSB. I don't have the TSB in my hands, but try to perform the same TSB tasks yourself, or with your mechanic. Several people here have done so with excellent results...I think it was the left pull Issue TSB.

As for the thumping noise, my rear struts were replaced. The dealer never admitted as to whether the problem was TSB related or not. They told me one of the shocks was leaking...blah!

Haha, that's funny timing of this thread. I had a thumping noise in the back today. Turned out to be a gallon of bleach I totally forgot about. With the way I drive I'm lucky my trunk isn't spotted like a Dalmation right now.

Anywayz, did you check to make sure nothing is kicking around loose in the spare tire well?

Did you read the TSB? I'm not sure if it called for immediate replacement.
