Are the pads from Toyota or an aftermarket brand?

Autozone generic brake pads are probably used on 100 models of cars. It really has nothing to do with the 04 and 05 model Solara. Same thing for radiators, they find a part that's pretty close to the same size. You can buy toyota brake pads, they don't have to be TRD. It will be more than AZN still, but seriously, they stop your car.

I've never had much luck with aftermarket pads, so I always use OEM pads - until I have to change rotors, then I get a matching set of rotors and pads.
