TSB for Dashboard rattle

TSB for Dashboard rattle

What is the TSB for a Gen 2 Solara with the annoying dashboard rattle. I don't think it is the one for just putting felt around the front speakers. I'm thinking of the one where the dealership removes the entire dashboard and lays out a felt pad across the entire length of the dashboard near the windshield. I want to have that handy when I try and schedule an appointment.

Check this link, I don't believe there is a TSB for that though.
