Likely causes for your steering clicking include:
- damage / defect in the steering rack
- a defective spiral cable assembly in the steering wheel/column.

I had the spiral cable problem myself.

Have you checked your CV joints? If a boot is torn and all the grease comes out they will start clicking when turning.

I have the same problem and it is only when I turn right. It is more of a clank than a click. Sometimes it is so severe that I can feel it in the brake pedal. I am going to take it in for repair (along with about 7 other items) in May.
Moved on to better things...
