Awesome deal on TRD springs

For a while ive been going back and forth between purchasing a set of TRD springs or the Eibach ProKit. After seeing some pics of Posh's ride with the 20's and TRD springs i decided to go for the TRD springs. Also the price difference between the ProKit and the TRDs helped me to choose the TRD's. Instead of just running down to my local Toyota dealer and buying the springs for $199.99 plus tax, i did a little looking around online and found what i believe is the best deal. To end this story, i purchased the TRD springs through Carson Toyota in Cali for $127 shipped...awesome price in my mind. They list for $115 and shipping was $12.

Thanks for linking that cklinh. AZN- i dont think so, according to every website they are "Diamond Black with a white TRD logo"...maybe someone who has them can say what color they actually are.

Maybe I'm wrong but that price is only for the rear set.

you're right.... it only states "The Lowering Spring Set lowers the Camry 1.4” in the rear without changing the vehicle’s suspension geometry."

So much for the "deal of the century". I called them up to see what the deal is with this and come to find out it is only for the rear springs WTF :evil:

. The thing is that i talked to the parts manager online about this a few days ago and he told me

Hi Dave, Thanks for the inquiry. We can sell these to you at $115.00 for the full set without installation

(copied right out of email ^^) So i was led to believe that $115 was obviously for the set of 4 springs. Im waiting for a call or email back from him and once i get this all figured out i'll let you guys know how it ended up.

Alright well...i guess he made a mistake about quoting me the incorrect price and there's nothing to do except get my money back. Within the last 30min they updated their site and now the price is up to $209 instead of $115. Even though they havent updated the descrition online thats the price for the full set. He offered to sell them to me for $199 with free shipping but i can pick them up around here for that. Just like the old saying "If it's too good to be true, then it probably is." Shhiitt oh well.
