Wow, the '04 Solara looks great in red. Makes silver look boring.

I finally set up a cardomain page! What do you think of my ride? The Lunar Mist Metallic looks so good thanks to the NXT Tech Wax!

Let me know what you think.

I live in Atlanta and am a project manager in telecommunications. I love old jazz, coffee, movies & home theater (got a 51" HDTV, DVD w/ DVI and awesome surround sound!), reading, Scotch , crosswords and working on my car!

I agree the red is very hot but didn't get it because it's a cop attractor bigtime. My silver car can speed much more without being noticed. Also, it hides dirt much better and is cooler in the summer. 8)

My dad said I could pick any color but red. Something about me being 18 and it standing out and begging for attention, whether it be from cops or vandals...hehe

I am happy with my color decision but geeze, the red is gorgeous. :)

Red is cool in the summer with an ivory interior :)

Everyone always tells me about the cop attractor. yeah yeah yeah, well I do have a antsy foot. However I am smart about driving.

I always dreamed of owning an SC430 with Absolutely Red and Ivory colored interior.. Well when 2nd gen Solara came out.. you can guess who fell in love :D

My dad loved the red, he said it was hot alright. Called it a lipstick red. He felt like the car took years off his life when he drove it just because it was red.

Toyota was smart to give the Solara the Absolutely Red, instead of a Salsa-like red the Accord has.
