TSB NV007-04 Rear package tray rattle 4 cylinder production change 4t1ce#p#4u873257 6 cylinder 4t1ca3p#p#4u023786 Remove package tray from vehicle and add felt to the 5 retaining tabs. If you order a new package tray it will come with the felt installed.

You can find tsb's at alldata.com but they seem to be slow on posting new ones. I am a tech for a dealer in NC, we get new tsb's every monday. There is also a new tsb on the rear deck rattle some have complained about.

1. rear deck rattle
2. pulling to the left
3. right rear thumping?
4. POOR RADIO RECEPTION
5. WATER LEAK CONDITION AT THE FRONT FLOOR AREA
6. MOONROOF RUBBING NOISE
7. ECM module [ lag in acceleration ]

can anyone add to this, ie: specific TSB #'s or corrections if i have anything posted that is not quite right.....Thanks!!

Yea, it is a huge neighborhood. Something like 5,000 people live in it.

I have had the same sunroof problem. It would be awfully loud and groan when sliding. Tilt was fine. I took it into the dealer and they lubricated it and replaced a gasket. Went two weeks and didn't really use it due to heavy rain.
Went to slide it last night-- crunch and then no slide. Seemed one side would move but the other did not. So I got out and sure enough it would drop down but then would not slide backwards. UGHHHHHHHHHH

Back to the dealer. And the left drift problem. They told me it was within spec. I have driven three different cars over the same stretch of road no left drift. My car dives to the left every time. One more time and off to arbitration I go. Chrysler 300C looks awfully tempting. At least the potential Chrysler quality problems would be mitigated by monster power.

so, is there a fix for the poor radio reception?

i am disappointed with the radio reception with the antenna being in the rear window....

my Scion xB got much better radio reception than the Solara does....
