i was wondering if there was any way to stop the back panel from rattling...it seems like all the cd's i play (i play my ish on blast) shakes the back panel like a mu fu****...i noticed that when you apply pressure to the panel, the sound disappears. i took it in to the dealership and they said there was nothing they could do....has anybody else had this problem...fixed it..or what not...

1 thing that rattles back there with loud stereos is those child seat ancor covers they are hinged on 1 side the other plastic on plastic give the bass a boost and they buzz around so i put some felt chair pads on those funny sound be gone

if its the deck rattling try ancoring it from the back witha bungee cable in the trunk run it from the speaker deck to the tire well

and your toyota dealer sounds like they dont know so they wont try and that sucks

Actually i had the same problem. The thing is, i hate bringing my car to the dealership so i decided to fix it myself. The problem with my rear deck was that it was juuuust touching my back window, and everytime there was some bass it was rattling against the window and producing a nice little rattling sound. So what i did was take the rear deck out (which is quite easy if you are patient and find all the little plastic clips/screws) and then i put some felt along the rear edge of it and i put back in saying "this better F'in work" and i was really suprised when it worked. So that was my problem...

Read what I wrote here:

Your car is under warranty and if you bring it to the dealer, they can add more padding and totally fix the rattling like they did with me.

Yeah, its easy just take your time and find all the plastic clips and screws and it will basically come right out, you have to be a little agressive with it though. Also dude, size your sig down.
