Auto up/down windows and more.....

I need help with the following questions:
1) Is it difficult to add auto up/down feature to the passenger side window? Please show me how to D-I-Y.
2) If I can add the auto up/down feature, I would also want to replace the power window buttons and power door lock buttons to those illuminated ones. I saw on Lexus.com that the ES 330 power window and door lock buttons seem to be the same as those used in the 04 Solara and I think they are illunimated. Can someone tell me if they are the same and show me how to replace them.
3) I also would like to have an illuminated power mirror control switch.
