I have an 04 v6 solara se sport , when cresting a hill or hitting bumps my dash sounds like its hitting and scrubbing up and down on the windshield (sort of squeeking) Anyone else seen or have this problem?

I have dash noises too, but haven't got to them. HOWEVER, I got the sunglass holder replaced by dealer...voila. No more noise!

I have the dash noise too and it sounds like it comes from right where the windshield meets the dash. Doesn't do it all the time, but it seems relatively unaffected by temperature.
Any newer Gen2/ Gen2.5s have this problem?

^^I think it's actually the trim moulding piece around the defrost vent. I've tried to slide some folded up cardboard in there. Worked for a bit but it fell down inside the vent and the noise is back.

I'm out of warranty and I'm not about to spend the $$ on some stupid pieces of plastic.

In the past I have used silicon spray on areas like you describe. I put the red spray nozzle on and use very little pressure to spray just a trickle down the crack line and simply wipe off any over spray. Works for me.
Without ammunition, the USAF would be just another very expensive flying club.

Being that a car is basically made out of many, many, many separate pieces and being how mother nature and father time treat those pieces like an Illinois governor, fighting the squeaks and knocking of those parts is going to be an on-going battle. Plastic and fiberous parts are usually the first casualty.
