Taking my car in for maintenance

My gen2 is at 134,000 miles (i think i have the most here) and I'm thinking of getting all my hoses and belts change. Does anyone know how many belts and hoses are in a 2.4 liter 04 solara? Also, should i get my water pump replaced too? In exchange, I will post back my experiences with the new upgrades eventhough u can't really tell. lol.
Also, I found a shop that installed my r1concept brake rotors and pads and it feels pretty good and solid. Not a dramatic difference but overall its slightly better than oem. My injen intake feels hella good too.

I wouldn't worry about the serpentine, but defiantly change the timing belt, water pump and I'd go ahead and change the crank and cam seals. I just had all this work done to my V6 at 145k. Change your Fuel Filter, Plugs, Plug wires and all your hoses if you find necessary.

I just relized that if you have a 2.4L (2AZ-FE) then you don't have a timing belt, but a timing chain. So your good on that! Just make sure you get the water pump taken care of, don't want that to crap out on you.
