From a past post:

One of my two trips during the install was to find bolts to help remove the rear rotors. Even though I released the parking brake mechanism, my rotors were stuck, possibly due to rust. Luckily, there are two holes on the rotor itself that you can use to "push" the rotor off of the assembly.

The bolts I used were 5/16" (2" long, although you're only screwing it in about 1/4"). They were a tight fit, and took a few tries before the threads actually got lined up. It took about 15 minutes after I got the right sized bolts (kinda wished I had given up on pounding on the rotors earlier... would have saved two hours).

make sure your e-brake is not applied.

you can also use a rubber mallet and just tap the rotor in random places, (1,5,8,11 o clock positions)

^^ this is true, but having done both, it is actually a bit easier with the screw....if you can find the right sized bolt/screw to use. it took me about 45 minutes to hammer off one rotor, then it only took me 25 minutes of finding a bolt in the toolroom, and 3 minutes of screwing to remove the other rotor.

use the screw method if you can find one the right size. if not, use a mallet (or a hammer with some wood in between the rotor and hammer).

i'll personally never go back to using the hammer method if there are screw holes on the rotor. much easier.

That sounds a lot more pleasurable than it should.
