Call the number on the site as for Johnny he is very helpful.
I think the Ballast and Bulbs are made in Japan.

I have two set of HID, 1 for low beam and 1 for fog they work GREAT!!!

For low beam H11 and fog H10.

I have 6k for low beam and 3k for fog they look GREAT at night.
