Anyone know if armrest can be taken off...

I believe it is all one piece since i have taken the door panel off before, but has anyone been successful taking the armrest off by itself? I ask this because of the peeling situation. I would love to just swap my vinyl armrest with leather. Any info will be helpful. Thanks.

I dont see why not, isnt there just three screws when you flip the top
portion up?
