Hydraulic Tranny Mount

Hola. The Hydraulic Tranny mount is apparently not doing well, as there is fluid all over it. I feel that I can change this item myself. I have priced the part at Toyota. Has anyone ever changed this part themselves? What priority should I place on fixing this issue?

The next time I change my oil, I'm going to take a closer look at the part. It was pointed out by the tire shop where I got new tires a few weeks ago.

Any extra knowledge on this part is appreciated.
