so my car is approaching 60k and i wanna swap out spark plugs and spark plug wires, for my spark plugs i wanna go with some ngk iridiums, but i can not seem to find spark plug wires.

and i do not want to go with bosch products because i have heard bad reviews about them, i will continue my search tomorrow, but if anyone has any suggesstions or links, then jump on into the thread and help me out...thanks

Not sure what Gen2s use, but go with NGK wires from www.sparkplugs.com if you can, there is a 1MZ set for like 37 dollars.

so im going with some NGK Laser Iridium long life spark plugs, i will order them later today unless some people disagree with their performance

The GenII's come from the factory with Iridium plugs which are scheduled to be changed at 100,000 miles. Just install what your owners manual recommends and you should be good to go for another 100,000.

Your wires may not need replacement. You can check them to see if resistance is within spec and if so don't bother getting rid of them. If you're just changing them out of an abundance of caution then there's nothing wrong with the OEM wires. Just don't cheap out with some kind of 'universal' wire. This is one of those cases where you'll get what you pay for.

changing plugs at 60K? just wasting your time and money...like Gadge said, they are good too 100K
