id say that if u dont have an '06 u cant really make a fair judgement/statement.... just because u say o my 04 or 05 doesn't have the same problem doesn't mean anything. yes it may be the same car/engine/transmission etc but it doesn't mean it will act the same way

To bring this thread back on track AGAIN, here are the TWO resources you need to file complaints to:

1) Call The Toyota Customer Experience Center 800-331-4331 and complain about the issue and state that its actually dangerous!!

2) File a complaint with the NHTSA at this site:
http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/
