i dont know if this goes under aftermarket or not but i recommend to change your filter every 20,000 miles or so esp if your a smoker. i will write a DIY up on it with pictures.

I would only consider this an aftermarket mod if it made the air come out faster, which it doesnt, lol.

There are already 2 or 3 threads about this subject, but no tutorial.
