Postby rollaevo99 » Tue Nov 15, 2005 1:51 pm

Very easy! you can do it yourself..........you can use dremel to roll it, after rolling buy touch up paint to repaint.

here's my corolla to prove it I put 18"s after rolling the back fenders
I can put 4 people at the back......

There was a member here that had 20's and had hers cut. I did check hers out and it was cleanly done. I guess she had a hook-up.

Then, why not try rolling them? I really think that there's not that much difference between the gen1 and 2. My girl's got a gen2 convertible. When I did mine, I just used a metal pipe and pushed up on the lip. I did it like in stages, working my way around. If you do it in small increments, you shouldn't crack the paint. I've got the edge of the lip almost touching the inner fender well. It took some time, but now I've got no rubbing issues - plus it was free. :D Make sure and place something (like a towel) between the lip and pipe.

I had mine cut in the rear.. no problems at all. If the shop knows how to do it you shouldn't have any problems. Also they used a sealant after they cut mine so that it doesn't start rusting from that area. I've had them cut for about a yr now.

im running 19x8.5 wheels with 235/35 tires.

If you need more help just hit me up via PM.
the shop i went to is TWS. The Wheel Supply. Tell them Kenny from Kallusive sent you thier. I paid $40 bucks each side. if you want to meet up and see how mine look just let me know
