Steering/ Drivetrain Clunking

Steering/ Drivetrain Clunking

Hey,
Has anyone had problems with the steering controls. When I accelerate or let off the gas and brake I get a real wierd vibration and clunking sound. The dealer has already replaced the ENTIRE steering rack ($1000 for the part covered under warranty). Sometimes I get the same symptoms when I steer into a parking space or steer over a speed bump. This could be a VERY serious issue, has anyone experienced anything similiar?

My universal joint has become loose according to the dealer. The replacement part is in and I have to arrange an appointment to have it replaced. Apparently it is not a safety issue but it is irritating as hell. Constant clunking when turning right and I can also feel it in the brake pedal at times.
Moved on to better things...
