burn at low speed wont' really make CD more stable...
it only reduce the chance of making errors during burning process.
using better CD-R or CD-RW can significantly reduce the chance of reading errors.
also, it reduce the chances of damaging CD-player, since cd-player's reading lense can focus on CD easier.
according to my experience and research about CD-R, beside the silver disc,
green disk will be the best choice for music disc.
Memorex, Sony, and Imation are selling green disc.
avoid to use blue disk, it's cheapest coating u can ever got on this planet.
TDK, the only company that i have known, is still making blue disc.
there is no particular good or better coating for CD-RW disc.
however, it is better to use more popular brand.
i love imation and memorex disc. their discs are very stable for my stereo.
