I really, truly hate the service department at Frontier Toyota.
I took my car in for the 5k service and a bunch of rattles, etc. They said the solution to the rattles is to turn down my stereo!
For the TSB for the moonroof, they said the glass is indefinitely backordered (a month later I haven't heard back) and they left parts to the moonroof just sitting in the floor of my car.
The only thing they DID fix correctly is the left drift.
That dealership had some of the sleaziest sales people and finance people I've ever seen when I bought the car. That should have been an indication to me of what their service would be like.
