drag radials?

I have two different rims I could use for drag radials, first being the stock 16x6 Solara SLE wheels I recently bought, and the second being the 17x8 3rd gen Acura TL wheels I still have sitting around from when I owned my Accord. I found some drag radials that would fit perfectly on the TL wheels, but the question is, would 245/45/17 tires rub on my fenders with TRD suspension? Also, are there any 16" drag radials that would fit on our stock Solara wheels? I found some 255 width radials, but that would be way too wide for the wheel.

i doubt 245 will rub the only way i would see it rubbing is on your struts on hard turns but drag radials arent meant to be daily driven anyways. i had a 245 on the front before but with a 17x7.5 rim, not an 8"
