Gen1 side skirts too short?

For those who are kitted, is it me or the side skirts need to be man handled and stretched like a m****@$%?? I was installing them with my friend and it was impossible to align the front 2 holes with the mud guard holes! I had to drill holes on my quarter panel...

you prob but them on backwards. if they are authentic, there is absolutely no fitment issues with the skirts.
